Working in partnership with Lighthouse, your business will be supporting women, young people and children who have been affected by domestic abuse.

Your staff may vote for Lighthouse as their Charity of the Year, you may engage your staff with fundraising events, payroll giving, or want to donate your products or services as part of a prize, there are many ways to support our work. We will collaborate with you to create memorable and fun events for your organisation. Please do download our fundraising pack for further inspiration.

Lighthouse will provide you with a complimentary training session on The Impacts of Domestic Abuse in the Workplace to help foster an open and supportive culture within your organisation. This training will equip you as an employer to recognise signs of domestic abuse, respond appropriately to disclosures, and implement a relevant domestic abuse policy. Partnering with Lighthouse not only benefits those in need but also strengthens your organisation's commitment to creating a safe and supportive work environment.
